This is where Vibrant Therapist Accountability Buddies comes in.
The next Vibrant Therapist Accountability Buddies group is starting on 2/5/2024! The upcoming group will run from 2/5/2024-3/17/2024. Additional Vibrant Therapist Accountability Buddies groups are tentatively scheduled to begin in July and October 2024.

Vibrant Therapist Accountability Buddies is a six week group experience for therapists. During our time together, you will receive support and accountability in identifying your priorities and getting stuff done! Additional resources will be provided to aid you in creating systems, structure and routines to reduce areas of backlog and/or run your practice with more ease going forward.
Accountability Buddies does not have a specific area of focus allowing flexibility for therapists to work on the tasks of their choosing. Examples of areas that therapists have worked on in previous groups include; documentation catch up, clean up of their financial records, creating/updating their website and creating/updating their paperwork.
What’s included in Vibrant Therapist Accountability Buddies:
- 6 weeks of support and accountability via email and/or private Facebook group including a process for determining weekly priorities and a weekly accountability check-in. The Facebook group is optional and you can get all of the support you need via email, if you prefer.
- Access to resources and tools including; a minimum of three video lessons and an inventory tool. The resources and tools shared have a specific focus on creating systems, structure and routines to run your practice with more ease.
- A group kick off call to jump start your group experience and help you develop strategy to maximize your Accountability Buddies experience. The kick off call is scheduled for 2/5/2024 at 10:00 am (Central). The kick off call will be 30 minutes and immediately followed by our first 90 minute work session The kick off call will be recorded for anyone who is unable to attend live.
- The opportunity to participate in 3 optional virtual work sessions (90 minutes each). The summer work session dates are tentatively scheduled for: 2/5/2024 10:30 am-12:00 pm (Central), 2/20/2024 10:00-11:30 am (Central) and 3/11/2024 12:00-1:30 pm (Central).
- You may also choose to supplement your participation the group with an individual coaching call which is offered at a discounted rate for current Accountability Buddies participants.
The cost to participate in Vibrant Therapist Accountability Buddies is $199.00. Yes, that is six weeks of support for less than the income you’ll generate in 1-2 therapy sessions!
