Therapist Well-Being: An Ethical Consideration For Therapists

As a therapist trying to meet the clinical and legal responsibilities of our profession + personal obligations, it can become easy to put our own well-being on the backburner.

This is a slippery slope which can have clinical and ethical implications.

Therapist Well-Being: An Ethical Consideration for Therapists is a 3 hour course that will explore the ways in which tending to therapist well-being is an ethical standard.   The course references the Code of Ethics for various Minnesota mental health professions.

This course has been approved by the Minnesota Board of Marriage and Family Therapy for 3 ethics credits (Approval number 2023-334).   Certificates of attendance will be provided so that therapists licensed by other boards can request course approval from their boards, if desired.
