Group practice owners have a lot on their plates and you may not have the time or energy to research strategies and support therapists who are struggling to manage their schedules, documentation and other work tasks, especially if their approach to work is different than your own. However, I do and this is the work I am passionate about!
Ways I can support you and your group practice:
- Individual Coaching (available for practice owners or therapists). I specialize in providing coaching for overwhelmed therapists who are looking for more ease in the way they are doing their work; this includes practice owners! One, three and six month individual coaching packages are available.
- Personalized Vibrant Therapist Accountability Buddies group(s) just for your practice. This is a 6-week group focused for therapists who need support and accountability to get things done! The group is perfect for therapists who have areas of backlog (like documentation) or have a project that keeps getting put off. Up to six therapists can participate in each Accountability Buddies group. If your practice has more than six therapists who would like to participate we can talk about offering multiple groups!
- Vibrant Therapist Group Practice Audit This is a thorough assessment of where your practice is at right now + strategy/planning to move you towards your goals of a streamlined practice. This audit incorporates feedback and interviews with practice owners + therapists and other staff + an in depth review of current systems. The audit process concludes with a strategy/planning session, written summary and suggested action steps.
- Customized Workshop or Training I am available to provide a workshop for your practice related to therapist well-being and/or finding more ease in the way therapists approach their work (think structure, boundaries, systems + strategies).
